"Spring Fling" is now "Summer Daze"

Just an FYI for all those former Spring Fling participants and other TDers interested. We are moving our date from Memorial Day weekend (after 11 years) to Aug 12-14th and changing the name to "Summer Daze". Just too much mud in the Birleys' Chehalis, WA pasture last year. We're planning familiar activities at "Camp B" again. Stay tuned here and to the TOWLine for more information-or contact us. Rod & Trudy Glassett [email protected]

Good deal, guys. I'll be happy to attend a drier version of the Fling. :)

I have added your event to Google calendars. If anyone has a Google account of any kind, go to calendar and add the 'Teardrop Trailer Gatherings' calendar to your list and you can see the events going on for this year. More will be added as I hear of them.

That's great to hear!

I wonder if that poor pasture will ever recover from us last year.

Thanks for the heads up Trudy, sounds like a warmer and hopefully dryer gathering but there's no guarantees in Washington.
Since the Tri-Five Chevy show is the following Sunday in Issaquah we will be there.
Now we will need to find somewhere to camp on memorial day weekend, maybe east of the mountains would be nice. :D Danny

Thanks for the Heads up. It has been a goofy year for weather. I hope August is dry.

There's a new gathering planned in the Columbia Gorge for Memorial Day weekend. Check your latest issue of the TOW Line for the few details I have so far.

Oh no........I knew changes were coming, but I am bummed at the date......at least for this year. I have plans to take the "Ruff but Ready" Tear to Bonneville that very weekend. Arggggggg. I know you will be able to function without me.....but who will keep Mrs B supplied with "crackers"?.......I worry, I worry. Been a long winter and I miss the gang.........I did take the Wag and the Tear to the NASCAR races in Phoenix in Nov.........Neat, neat trip. Catch ya soon, I hope.

Mike,

I just shot the last half hour of my life trying to find your calendar on Google. How do you find it?

I think we need the URL of the calendar because it doesn't show up in our lists.

The weather was just perfect. How often does that happen?

Despite the construction detours on my way over there, I enjoyed myself.

Thanks to Trudy and Rod for putting on such a great gathering!

Thanks to Steve and Peg for letting us take over their pasture once again!

Thanks for the pictures Mike!

The weather was perfect. It's the same great gathering, just a little later in the season when the weather plays along with us.
