I will be going to this final gathering on Friday. It's the last one because Ken and Marty Masden are retiring and moving to Arizona. Anyone else attending?

Unfortunately, I will not be towing my teardrop with my '52 Plymouth. I just don't have enough confidence in the car to go the 316 miles with it. I only have 500 miles on it since it was restored, and I am still having some problems. Don't want those on the road.

I'll be there Friday morning with both of my daughters. One of which became a teenager today.

Pray for me.

Reporting from the Gathering: There are 70 signups as of this morning. One person counted 38 teardrops and another counted 42. The rest are canned hams, popups and Scamp-type trailers. All on a 5 acre hillside.

We caravaned in old cars over to the XXX Drive-In in Issaquah last night. There was an impromptu car show going on there and the place was really packed. Lots of interest in all those old cars. I should have driven my '52 Plymouth over here, but I'm still a bit leery of taking it on a long trip.

I have taken over 100 photos already, and there are still two days to go. When I get back, the photos will go up on my web site, just like the ones for all the other gatherings I've gone to.
