This should be a great one. I will redouble my efforts on getting my newest teardrop finished. I just have some fiberglass work and a ton of painting.

Can't wait for the potluck!

Kevin,

If you are going to put a TON of paint on your teardrop you will have to get a bigger truck

I just reserved spot #169... :) I am hoping I will be comfortable backing up with my trailer by then. Are dogs welcome for this?

Cool,
I wouldn't worry about backing up your trailer. It is easy, if you get in a bind just disconnect and push. That's what's great with the tears. Yes dogs are welcome.

LOL...pushing is how I intend on getting her into the garage. I figure she will be safer that way.

I find I am getting so used to pushing "Like" buttons that I was looking for them for a sec on the posts here. Can't wait to meet new people and see old friends again.

It has been a while since we have been able to attend but we now have site 164. I heard that Kevin says it is going to be sunny this year. If not, then blame Steve for bringing rain from Astoria. lol Steve, did you get the 55 Chev going as your tow rig yet?

Greg,

That's great, the weekend is really laid back but a lot of fun. I went to Three Feathers MFG, LLC web site and checked out your trailer. Can't wait to check it out in person, it looks cool.

Hi Steve and friends at TOW,

Looks like I'm going to have to back out of this years' Ocean Tears event. The only week that lines up with vacation with my kids involves the Aug 22-24 weekend and we are meeting other relatives in Lake Tahoe. I will free up my camping spot #174 as soon as I get confirmation of our reservation in Lake Tahoe, and will post a notice on this thread when the spot is open.

I still plan to be at the Gorge Gathering though, and hope to meet you there and make some new friends! I was working on Pinecone over the weekend and am getting the itch to get out there!
