Four teardrops and six people braved the elements of Southern Idaho. I had a lot of fun getting to know Wolfgang a bit, Loren and Claudia and Randy a bit better. We had some wind and cold temperatures but were blessed with a lot of sunshine and no rain. Hey! it's February in Idaho. We aren't afraid of weather. Wolfgang took some pictures which I'm sure he will post a little later.

We are home too! Why is it that the weather is always perfect on the day we head home?

It's just an unwritten rule that we have to endure.

I think I've caught a flu bug.

Next time, If there is going to be some sort of uniform (ie-some sort of headgear) tell us early so we can all come prepared. I felt so left out in my drab grey cap.

Thanks for the picture Wolfgang.
Looks like you had your choice of sites, but Loren looked cold in almost every picture.
My favorite was the "Map Checking" picture where one bare hand was exposed????
All kidding aside.....I wish we could have been there! Unfortunately, I can't convince Sandi to "Cold Weather" camp just yet?? :(
Were you able to stoke those fire pits to appoint where they gave off some heat in the cool of the evening?

Brian,

During the day it warmed up to maybe 50 with some light winds.
So it was not real cold, but it is not southern California.
But for this time of the year we had some pretty decent weather.
Especially when you consider that we had a front blow through Utah
Thursday morning with some pretty good snow furies.
Now Sunday morning it was cold. Spilled some tea on a cement table
and is was frozen a few minutes later.

Those promised heated toilet seats sure felt comforting. Thanks for being a part of what we're doing in Idaho and thanks for posting the pictures.

Would someone please do a small write up for the TOWLine? We have people from Idaho that get the newsletter, and they would love to know about events that you are attending
Send articles to [email protected]

Hmm, how about using the boat for the build. Shorten it up a bit maybe.
Move the axle forward and chop the back of boat off right behind the cabin door.
Would be beyond my skill set tho.
