Unfortunately Randy is right about my timing.
The end of the month I hope to be camping in Oregon and Washington after visiting with my brother for a few days.
Sounds like the trip to Land of Mordor is a no go for me this year. May be next year the stars will align :worship:

Hey Randy, you going to Walk the Winds this Year?

I have a bunch of things happening this summer so am not planning to much. The things happening I do not know when they will happen. Much like what happened to this thing. People think I am so smart and know every thing so they do not tell me any thing. Just drop a bomb on me. The trials of making Einstein look like a High School freshman. just kidding just kidding.

We have had a bunch of rain here the past two days. Forecast for the next 3 or so looks dry. two three days of dry weather will make the roads passable. ( cross fingers ).

Could try for September 13-16. My 68th birthday. Had it last year at Twain n Tears. Could make a habit of this.

Will have to call contractor and not start building my shop till Sep 17th. Probably will not start until after that any way but just in case they actually start when they say they will.

Way to go folks for a quick turn about.

September it shall be. Expect dusty dry conditions

Unless it rains. LOL Temps are usually pretty good with some cooling at nights.

Sorry about your complications, but moving it to September works great for me! I'll set that as my goal completion date for my build. I'm still playing with designing it, so we'll see what happens. Might have to tent it, or camp out in the back of my subie.

Much like that, only worse, way worse. You have probably seen it worse but did not capture it on camera.

Less than 4 weeks to go.

Who is still on board? Bring family, friends and strangers. None stranger than I so all are welcomed.

I bought a bugle last week and plan to be very annoying in the mornings. 8) I can be bribed with bacon and coffee.

Very dry weather around here the past few months and grasses are very dry. If we plan to have a camp fire bring a garden sprayer with water if you can. I have a 2 gallon one that has never had chemicals in it. Other than H2O.

I also just bought a 2011 Subaru. Plan to get it dirty fied. Not the best thing in the real rough stuff but it will do.

See you at Crystal Ice Cave. Sep 13th. Ya'all
