I am not so sure now the DMV seems bound and determined to put a hitch in my giddy up . Not giving up yet but have my doubts. Its just about Murphys Law
Our "serious probably" status has changed to "not gonna happen" because we have our winter firewood being delivered the first part of next week. We enjoyed starting to get acquainted with folks at IRG, and hope to be able to attend another gathering sometime next year. Have fun, everyone!

Great friends, food, times & weather!!!
I just hope our cooking video comes out as good as the dish did.
Ocean Cove was great. I am sure Dean loved the fog Friday night and the rest of us endured it well. The weather was fabulous. The food was great. We had a wonderful time. It was great seeing people that we had not seen for quite awhile, meeting new friends and visiting with all. Missed you that didnt make it.
We parked right on the cliff. We sat and watched the waves and divers. Saturday we saw a whale spray at the edge of the cove. Sunday morning we saw it again by the buoy about half way into the cove. very exciting.
FYI: I hope we try and get the same area next year!

A nice, laid-back gathering. Thanks again to Ken and Eunice for the use of their fire and cooking tips. As always, great people, great food, great views, and great music and singing from Cowboy.
Dean: I bet that big cast iron pot outdoors at Fort Ross was for making soap, not pork loin! Great video and it looks like you all had a fun time at Ocean Cove.

Well... I didn't say what they were cooking, OK, so maybe it was soap.
Lovely weather on the coast.....I said lovely on the COAST....it really was for being right on the ocean. I enjoyed exploring all the trails at the Regional Park next door. The trails went all along the seashore. Great to meet new folks and get caught up to date with "old" friends.
