A clinic huh?
I don't know if I'm the guy to teach DO cooking.
It's usually just mix up the ingrediants and :worship: >

I will be cooking a couple of dishes for satuday night. Any one who wants to get together and cook there meal along with would be fun! A Dutch Oven cooking party if you will. I believe they are called DOG'S
(Dutch Oven Gatherings)

Any way I am looking forward to seing you all again! I will be there Thursday night or Friday morning.

I have decided to make Lasagna and a desert called Pumkin delight on Saturday night.
I haven't made either of these dishes before, so all of you there will be my guine pigs.

Dang, I was going to ask the boss if she would make lasgna for y'all. Well, if I snooze I lose, and I snoozed. :x I do like lasgna and I don't mind being a guinea pig, bring it on! Now I have to rack this tiny, worn out brain for something else. Thanks for speaking up 'Bones. We certainly don't need two batches of lasgna. Or do we? :?

P.S. Dean, I also prefer mine to be Medium Rare. Boy with all the food that's going to be there, I think I'll bring a fork & spoon in my pocket and a plate in my hand. ;)

I'm trying to get my hands on a salmon to barbeque Saturday night.
Salmon season just ended this past weekend...
If I can't find a good fish, meat will allways work...
