There is plenty of room for the Kirkland gathering. No money to send in just pay when you arrive. http://azroundup.net/files/events.html

Excellent  I have been getting a lot of emails and phone calls for this event. I think everyone is ready to go camping now that the weather is starting to cool down.

Just did a last minute update on price. $12.50 per night instead of $15.00.

Looking forward to meeting you all. Got my note pad and camera handy and my plans for critique by experts.

I've never towed the Airstream up that winding grade north of Wickenburg. Should be a challenge, but I'm in no hurry. Got all afternoon on Thursday to make the climb.

It's gonna be warm this weekend. At least the nights will be very nice.

What weather service??

Postby myoung » Mon Sep 13, 2010 6:31 pm

Interesting, Cliff. What weather service do you use to pinpoint Kirkland?

When I try Kirkland, AZ in www.weatherunderground.com, the nearest weather reporting stations are all in and around Prescott. There is one on Skull Valley Road but closer to Prescott than Kirkland maintained by the Army that shows uniform temps of 85 degrees daytime and mid-50s at night.

Either way, the weather looks terrific and cool even.
:D
