After a fine inaugural event last year, the Buellton Vintage Trailer Bash is back. Last year we had about 50 trailers, this year over a hundred spaces have been reserved and 55 reservations have already been taken. Flying Flags is an old style trailer park with all the amenities, pool, hot tub, store and an outside movie on Saturday night. Check reviews on the net, the only complaints are from oversized RV's that take up too much space. The spaces are perfectly sized for vintage trailers and we loved it last year. Rates are $45 a night and some of us come early and stay late.

Buellton is at the start of the Central California wine district. Right down the street is the Hitching Post Tavern featured in the movie Sideways. In fact every thing featured in that movie is close by. A little further is Solvang, the Danish Capitol of the US and many fine pastries. You can visit many wineries or do something different and try to get into Michael Jackson's Neverland
