Towerfest Vintage Trailer Rally & Cruise Aug 17-19 2012

According to the first post from Barbara she will be there. Barbara jus posted pictures of hers. I have posted mine, as has gage and Doug hodder . More that I can't remember. I think there is one at the end of my build thread or in my album. She is also on Facebook marti's awnings. My awning is there.

Question for yah!!
Is Marti the Canopy lady that is going to be at Towerfest?
Is there a thread on her canvas work or pictures that can be shared?
We are thinking of having one made.
But would like to stay local with Teardropers.

Marti will be there. She's in site 371. Also my side room is made by Marti if you want to stop by and take a good look. I'll be in site 392. There is a picture of it somewhere in this thread. And Marti's web site is at http://www.trailerawning.blogspot.com/

Marti does fantastic work. Check out the awning at Towerfest on my Grasshopper. The rail was a challenge, due to the shape of the trailer, but it worked out really well. I will have sides made for my awning in awhile..when she isn't so swamped! She has a teardrop and a Shasta. And she loves the teardropper crowd!

There will be quite a few awnings there that were made by Marti. You can tell which ones are hers by the quality of the work! You just can't get better than one of hers!

We had a blast at Towerfest and being our first gathering/rally we look forward too the next one.

All the Canned Hams and Silver/Air Streams were so well presented, everyone so nice and friendly.

The Pancake Breakfast and the Potluck was just perfect, kudos to all who helped with the meals...wow they were tasty.

My Kids enjoyed all the activities and the shows....they were not used to this type of event or camping and they just loved everything about it especially driving the Toaster around the campgrounds!!

What is next!!
