Third Annual Summer Event Mountain Get-Away Teardrop & Vintage Trailer Rally at Hurkey Creek Park, 56375 Highway 74, Mountain Center, CA 92561. Prepare your teardrops, vintage trailer, or what ever you want to bring and join us for some summer fun in the mountains on a warm sunny weekend in Southern California. There are hiking & biking trails, playgrounds for the kids, just 7 miles from the quaint town of Idyllwild, and 1 mile from the local general store. There will be a Pot Luck Dinner Saturday evening at 5:30. Camping fee is $16.00 per night, to be paid in advance with registration form. Water, rest rooms, and showers (coin operated) are available. and Hemet schools cooperated by voting in a calendar for next year that begins on Aug 20!! YEA!! We'll just be getting home from the IRG but will be there!

awesome. we already have two registered campers coming and that was before it was even posted and confirmed with the campground.

i hope we have even more trailers this year.

I put in my Vacation to attend the Mountian Center gathering then head up to Towerfest from there.

It's on my calendar and I'll be bringing the Puck...The coolest damn little trailer EVER ! Are there fire pits at every site or do we hafta bring our own ?

there are sporadic fire pits through out the group site. you most likely be sharing your fire ring with a fellow camper. get to know your neighbor. of course you know the group fire will also be going every night.
