I hate to say this but put me down for a maybe be there.

Dad was in a traffic accident Friday. Still in the hospital and will probably be moved to a recovery facility tomorrow. Injuries would not be that bad except he is 87, diabetic and emphysema.

Dan, we are coming up Thursday night @ 6:00pm. I know Kay and Grant, Steve :) and John (JHB) are coming in probably around the same time, maybe even earlier. If Randy with the standy can make it, I think he was planning on Friday. I don't know about Carol and not sure about Kat and Sam. Shane from Reno on Friday, Lott family on Friday noonish, as well as Johnny and Teri from Reno, I believe. So 3-5 trailers on Thursday night, the rest Friday and one Saturday. Whatever day you can get there is fine! I am ready to go (mentally) but still have 2.5 days of work left. At least there is the getting ready part, that can be fun too. I really think everyone will love this place. It is so off the beaten path Nevada. Be prepared for many stars, as long as it is not overcast, which it may be.

Great Steve! Are going through Minden and caravan with your cousins or are they coming up later? Coming from Minden you will want to come through Carson and take 50 around the back side of the mountains through Dayton to Silver Springs/Lahontan interchange (stoplight), then turn left/north on 95 to Fernley. When you hit the main street in Fernley downtown, turn right, go through the traffic circle turning to the left and you will run into the I-80 entrance by Walmart. That will save you about 20-30 minutes getting to Lovelock rather than going through Reno.
