Vintage car racing and vintage trailers. What a combination! The Vintage Auto Racing Association is putting on their race at Buttonwillow Raceway Park and we will be attending as usual in our trailer. The race track is on the west side of California's central valley opposite Bakersfield. Right at Interstate 5 and Lerdo Highway. it's a weekend of dry camping and car racing for pre 1972 cars. Last year there were two cars touring the track that raced at Indy. One in 1917 and the other in 1919! It costs $20 to camp for the whole weekend. Join us if you can.

No need to register. This is a very informal invite to anyone who wants to go. We usually camp right on the fence line by the track. Lots of room to set up a camp.
