We will have a potluck on Saturday. You are welcome to double up with someone if you like but we still have to pay the full price per each
RV. The campground is at Saddle Mountian RV resort 40902 west Osborn road Tonopah, AZ 85354

Camping is $28.00 per night. Please send your reservation form in by Feburary 20th, 2014 to help give a count of how many RV's

Are you going to handle the reservations or are we going to be on our own to make them?

We collected the money last March and might do that again. I will let you know Gage.

Talked to Mike he has been really sick but says the gathering is still on. He is going to call and try to get a better price on the camping.

I should be putting up a reservation form the end of this week.

Boy did I blow it. I didn't check my calender and forgot which weekend it was. For some reason I was thinking it was this last weekend and I was feeling good the weekend of the 22nd.
