Winter camping in Tear

Postby ROXY6997 » Sun Nov 15, 2015 1:12 am

Hi! Does anyone know of campgrounds or places to camp that stay open in the greater Tahoe area in the winter season? I know it's cold, but we're tough!!!

Hello Roxy. I don't know if you received any answers for this questions, but you can always try Sierra Hot Springs north of Truckee. They have beautiful (clothing optional) hot springs, a lodge and a campground. We camped in the snow there last November.

Sandi and I would love to camp with you again!
You might want to look into our upcoming "Fall Craw;" if you are looking for some Teardrop Camping adventure and the opportunity to meet a bunch of "New Friends"
