We will be at site 10, providing I am able to bid that weekend off. LOL. Dragging our off road square-drop.

We seen some nice campgrounds on our trip to Mt. Shasta. Do you know of any "neet" places on the central coast?

http://www.californiasbestcamping.com/index.html is very helpful to find and choose campgrounds.

Jalama Beach Campground near Lompoc, CA is a favorite ocean front campground.
Figueroa Mountain Campground in the mountains above the Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County is another one of my favorites.
Kirk Creek Campground in the Big Sur area is beautiful. It's become harder to get there because one of the Hwy. 1 bridges was destroyed by recent heavy rains and may not be replaced until next Fall.
Montana de Oro State Park campgound is a nice primitive campground along the coast a little south of Morro Bay, CA.

Thanks man. I have been searching for a few days, and we booked September in Santa Cruz and pine crest in a few weeks. We eventually want to get down to SLO. Our daughter went to Calpoly. It's a beautiful area. It gets a little too hot though. Maybe we'll start in Pismo.

I don't believe everyone has posted what space they will be in, so I'm not exactly sure how many will be there. From some of the statements made here I am guessing 8 or 10 trailers will be there. A small group will be fun and we'd be able to share our ideas more. I am planning on a form for everyone to fill out as they walk around exploring each others trailers. There will be an area on the form to fill out, space number and what you found interesting about the trailer. We can either share these forms in person or I can find a way to post them on line for all to see. I've never been to this camp site before so I guess we'll have to play it by ear on the pot luck.

This gathering should be fun!

We'll be there --

We're not a teardrop, but we are definitely a unique build. And I lived in Santa Cruz for 10 years when my kids were young, so I wanted to jump at the chance to camp there and enjoy the trip down memory lane! we'll be in site 23 with our gypsy vardo!
