I like the 10" ovens. For 2 people, I think I use those the most.

I've used the 10" for mini pizza's for the kids.

I think I may have just discovered a new neuroses, :? Cast Iron Envy. Seriously, that collection is beautiful. I have always known that CI was superior for cooking, but now my wife agrees and we have started using all that we have and are always looking for new pieces to add to the collection. Seeing your collection has given me a goal to shoot for.
