Bob,
I wish there was a way to include smellavision... The pecan & fig wood really adds a great smokey taste.
The blackened skin seemed to turn the kids off at first, until they tasted the meat.
The only thing that bummed me out is, I don't have enough leftovers for those great turkey sandwiches next week at work.

The smoked turkey sandwiches I've eaten today are making it real difficult to get started on the soup... I don't want to give up the smoked meat. :lol:
