Munchy Crunchy Furikake Chex Mix
Adjust ingredients for MORE or LESS cereals
Make before your camping trip.

Note: After looking in various grocery stores, I found most ingredients in one store, Food 4 Less. Except the wasabi peas, and furikake.

Furikake is a Japanese condiment mixture of dried seaweed, fish shaving etc.. used for rice toppings. It comes in various mixtures. I personally look for NO MSG. I take this a step further to reduce salts and cut up my own sea weed strips, add black and white sesame seeds as a substitute. You can experiment with this ingredient.

Ingredients:
1 box Rice Chex Cereal OR 2 boxes (12oz ea) Crispix
1 box Corn Chex Cereal OR 6-8oz of pretzels
1/3 BOX (12.5 oz) Honeycomb cereal
1 bag of bugles (5 ounces)
Nori (dried sea weed sheets)– Cut into shreds and sprinkle over cereal mix
¼ cup sesame seeds - sprinkle over cereal mix
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar - use less sugar if you don’t like “too sweet.â€
