get 2 pork loins make a brine water 2 quarts, salt 1/2 cup, maple syrup 1cup, brown sugar 1 cup,1 tble sp of garlic powder, 1 tble sp onion powder, 2+tble sp of salt, 1 tble sp fresh black pepper, let sit over nite in brine get 1 1/2# of bacon thick cut in a boil mix maple syrup and brown sugar put bacon in and coat it good wrap pork loin with the bacon and poor whats let over bacon and brush it on thick cook at 350 about 1 1/2 hr or at least 165* internal temp. This was the best pork loins I have ever had. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Dean always says a good meal should have some bacon in it!! Yum.... :D Pork loin is one of my favorite dinners.
