Looks like a good bean recipe. Funny, though, that they catagorized it as vegitarian when it lists bacon in the ingredients. I know, just leave out the bacon, but then what would be the point?

Agreed. Maybe bacon is so good it is just counted as a flavor enhancer. Everything is better with bacon.

Agree they are the best cooked up a pan of them 2x the recipe feed 20 people and they said they where the best beans that they ever had. Thanks for your recipe, had to write it up for me wifes nephew
