That's the key - use about half the ingredients you think you need and fry it crispy.

We use pita bread for ours. I like mine thicker so I use the whole thing and my wife likes hers thin so she cuts them in half. They work great and fit perfectly in the bottom of our dutch oven.

I do want to learn how to do it at the campsite.
