Tony and Bob and everyone else, thanks for the posts on the cakes. I baked a pineapple upside down cake and it turned out awesome! Only thing was I never got around to timing it. I think it got done a little sooner than I was expecting but it was perfect. I used Tony's posted video and Bob's suggestion for parchment paper since I haven't had a chance to Beeswax season my new 10 inch lodge. Bob's apple upside down cake is next. Heck may be I'll even try a Cherry upside down cake or Blueberry. Thanks for being my inspiration!
