Foil Baked Fish with Camp Cole Slaw

Postby Joseph » Mon Apr 19, 2004 11:07 am

Put a a cup or two of cole slaw made with Camp Cole Slaw dressing (see my other post) on a large sheet of tin foil. Top with fish - fresh caught trout are best, but even frozen cod is good - and seal the foil around everything. Place on the grill over a slow fire and cook until the fish is done. Even if the cole slaw burns it's good!

It might be, but isn't it sacrilege to serve catfish any way other than fried?

It is it is. But I was talking about eating the slaw next to the fried catfish.
