5 x 10 woody teardrop. All oak exterior and cabinets. Paneling on the inside. Cabinets at foot and head in cabin and cabinets with countertop and sink in galley. Top vent and window with screen.

I read it as, from a marketing standpoint, it sounds better to say "custom fabricated" than " home made".

Not really a question, just a statement.
