Ok, I'll go with that..

Reality is the plywood was stressed at those points, round edges to flat windows, the easy answer cut a little out. Then the hole just bugged me, thus the duct tape...

I get to remake the door. I forgot to insulate so I drilled some holes on the outside and used the spray foam insulation. I turned it over today and the show side has waves. That stuff really expands.

I remade it twice. The second one bowed. I also made a screen door, ok a good start on the screen door.
