1/2 price camping clubs

In my searching around for how to handle mail when on the road for a lengthy period, I ran into adverts for 1/2 price camping clubs.

Here is one, but I've seen at least one other.

This seems like a good deal, if you are near one of the limited spots the offer (Virginia has only 5, but some, like TX have many more)... So, I am wondering what others have heard about these clubs, good or bad.....
