Hey everyone - Busy 2016 season coming up. This is what is in my calendar so far:

April 22-24; weekend in Goldendale with folks on their way to the Shasta Gathering. Alas I can't go to Shasta Gathering this year.
May 19-31; Traveling with college buddies to Yellowstone and Grand Teton, then will make my way back to IRG 6.0. That'll be 4 national parks on this trip (incl. Lassen and Redwoods). Y'all know how big a fan I am of the National Parks! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYOlKbWJ-_o

Other than that it's too far out to project! Dang I wish I didn't have to choose between IRG and Gorge Gathering!

Just a bump......to Remind everyone that is starting to make Summer Travel plans (Teardrop Travel Schedule) to check out the "Farm Gathering"
Registration List, posted in the B.C. Chapter Section, to make sure your name gets on the list if you are planning to attend.

I am here to say the "Bindford 6000" will be a passenger from here out on all of my trips and I am hoping it will be along with the return of the !!deal!! of the century for this inaugural 1st Craw!! - the $4.00 garage sale "Bindford Smoothie Pro 600" which along with some electricity and buttermilk will be a great addition to our future travels - whether it's camping or crawling!!!! (just add in the "Butt Hut" and some late nite conversation around the firepit, we could solve all of the world's problems and than some!)

The "Binford Smoothie Pro 600" will be put into use today "Official National Margarita Day"........bought the supplies yesterday! :wine:
Guess it is politically correct to have breakfast first???
Have a Great Day eh!

now to set the 'thought' wheels in motion - is there a way to produce just enough electricity to power the "Binford 600" for when we do not have plug in electricity available??? some kind of inverter with my 18 volt Ryobi batteries ?? solar panel power ??? someway just to be a power supply for the margarita's when needed???? think about it being I am not much on electrical stuff, can it be done???

No problemo!
We always carry an inverter with us in Miss Piggy, that would do the job.
After getting Sandi out in the shop for an hour to help with Kermit.......we brought in the Binford 600 Pro and did some proportion vs cost ratio research on the making of the now famous and mighty tasty " Montana Margaritas".
Okay  We just limbered up the B600P so we could DRINK!
Initial recipe yields 8 large (purchased in Mexico) Margarita glasses full, at a cost of about $2.00 Can. or we figure about $1.40 USD if we were camping with friends?? ;)
8 down ......new batch to be made!
Happy "Margarita Day"
Brian & Sandi
PS solved some questions we had related to the building of Kermit, while doing this important research.
It is called "Canadian Multi Taskining! oops....it might look like I am slurring my typing?? :NC
Oh........we have also decided we needed to branch out with a wider variety of flavors? :FNP
Bring lots of Tequila to Shasta!! We are in site # 11

FYI Besides being backup to power 2 cpap's  A low cost Harbor freight 800 watt generator will power a blender. :wine:

Oh Ken
You are in for such a treat when we get to meet in person.
But, you will probably remember them as "Canadian Margarita's" (the expanded version!) :wine:

sure hope the store at Lakehead stocks BUTTERMILK !!! It's about 20 miles south to the closest real grocery store where I have to go to get the "lower" priced ice cream tubs. When we get to Shasta we will have to do some "inverter research" testing for future road use when "Wonder'in Aimlessly" on the crawl. Maybe I should contact Ryobi and suggest that they make a blender for their 18 volt battery line of tools !! They already have the blower fan on top of the water bucket for cooling off to go with the margarita's !!! (and yes I have one of them also!!) Take Care and have another (more research!!)

I hope everyone is checking out the new "Gathering Calendar" proposal.
I can help you with your "Campout or Gathering" listings for the Northwest.
Please let me know what you would like included.

well, I see you made it though another margarita day celebration - or should I say a "double margarita" day celebration? Hope the "Binford Super Pro 600" made without any more wear and tear and will be ready for another day of work later this year?? Remember now, there was NO intended warranty on the blender when purchased and garage sales can be far and few between when crawling!!! (PS hope you were able to refine and define the perfect 'proper blend' mix for the future of Montana Margarita's!!!!! and Crawl's - you were able to keep notes after the first few, weren't you?? )
