Paint done

Postby beverlyt » Wed Sep 22, 2004 5:35 pm

Today we had all the paint finished up on the tear. We really love it, though we were afraid at first it might turn out to be a bit too much. Think it looks good though.

My only negative thought is on the bluebird. He wanted it so large! Think we'll give him a name like "Monster Bluebird" or something to that effect!

That bluebird is awfully big, especially considering that the owl on the other side looks like a more realistic size.

The front mural is especially cool!

Not exactly what I would call "keeping a low profile", Bev. You'll probably have to set up feeder lines like at the airport ticket counter for the people who will want to see it when you stay at campgrounds.

It looks fantastic. It may be the first teardrop to hang in an art museum. Something on the roof might be nice for air travelers and highway patrol planes to enjoy.

My trailer seems rather drab now.
The tiny trailer in the avatar is designed to carry our recumbents and sometimes sleep in. We LOVE having a kitchen in the woods and a place for most of our gear.

Dan,
Well.... at least you don't look like a moving billboard for airbrush artists everywhere!

With my trailer, it helped take the eyes away from the pvc bubbles..one is so busy looking at all the artwork...one hardly notices the pvc anymore

Madam,,,ok just because ya got an artist in your pocket you dont have to e a show off   now ya got to leave a couple of ideas left for us plain Jane trailers to do,,,I really like the front piece,,was wanting something similar,,Donna had mentioned something with mountains a stream and a teardrop camper,,,well now you shot that one all to heck,,,

Bev, ya trailer is now unique in the world of tears,,,I suspect,,because of your murals, we will see more graphics popping up in the future,,
