Campin with kids.....

Who else here camps with kids? We have an 8 and 6.5 yr old boys we take camping.

I take my 13 year old daughter sometimes. She seems to have more fun when she brings her girlfriend with her. (duh!)

They get the tent, we get the teardrop!!! That's a given!!!

Yea I get the friend thing ....hence the size of our camper I am trying to make room for the kids friends.
To think when the wife I got married our first "apartment" was a 88 International cabover with 42" sit in bunk...........These days 13 yrs later we have a big ole KING size bed If we crowd each other .....LOOKOUT

I've been looking into one of those truck tents to take with us for the grandkids to sleep in. Also been thinking about building something like this to go with the mini-hopper.







Would always have an extra place to sleep and a place to eat in the rain.

We have a 10 year old and an 11 year old - both boys. They also get the tent while we get the teardrop. Ahhhh... it's good to be the grownup!

15 month old boy who sleeps with mom & dad in the big bed, since that's where he keeps his midnight snack. 3 year old girl sleeps in the converted dinette. Not quite sure how it's gonna work out when we boot Jason out of our bed.

Dear wife actually has a suggestion, dad and the two kids sleep in a tent!

<shudder> No kids here! Just puppies. Thinking about getting one of those neat pet patios to mount on the side of the trailer.
