sitting up I am 36" high how much over head should I al

I want to make the trailer a little less then 5 feet hight inside so my with can stand but we will have a tent at the end for that. I am taller and measure about 36 " sitting up.
I want to do like George T. did

(his is very close to what I want). He has a popup area that looks workable. (is that the one that andrew thought up?)
I would add doors on both sides and swing away kitchen on the rear.

If I put in in the back of my truck riding on my wheel covers of the bed of the truck it will tower over the truck cap by 3'. With the popup roof it could bring that down buy... 1 or more feet.

I was suprised the front of Gearges popup was not angled like the top front of his trailer.
