How do I get HTML turned on?

Postby Joanne » Wed Jul 14, 2004 9:38 pm

Hi,

I'm trying to post a picture for the design contest, but it appears that HTML is turned off for my account. Is there a way to get it turned on so my picture shows up?

Thanks,
Joanne

I fixed that post for you...

1) BBC code must be turned on... you had it checked off...

2) You don't use html code, you use BBC code

your image tags should look like this...

No spaces inbetween the tags...

Hope that helps!

Mike...

P.S. you can go back to that message and hit the edit button to see what I did...

Thanks Mike!

I'm generally familiar with HTML but haven't heard about BBCode. I was wondering why the square brackets. I'll get the swing of it.

Thanks again!

BBC code or Bulletin Board Code... pretty simple stuff... the tags are listed at the top of a message when you are typing the message...

e.g. Bold, italics, underline etc...
