General Discussion about almost anything Teardrop or camping related

Mike and Rik,

We still haven't put together pictures of the kits yet. I can take my camera to the shop tomorrow and snap some shots of an installed door frame and some of the pieces. This ought to give you guys the jist of it.

Mike, how should I go about posting pictures like this?

The door frame kit is the extrusion that goes in the door opening, the extrusion that goes around the door, the rubber gasket and the screws to install it all.

The extrusions are 10' 6" long. The shape of your door wil determine the size you will get out of the kit. Our opening is roughly 36" x 36" but has the sloped upper rear edge.

By the way we also have a complete door kit that has the frame parts, SS hinge, latch/door handle and door strike. This one cost $133.66

Any snapshots you could take would be great. As for posting them here, the best way is to post the picture on your website, and then imbed the url inbetween img tags like this...

No spaces allowed inbetween the tags...

Mike...

Kai,

The door frame is a flexible extrusion 10' 6" long. You would need to design your door so that the outside edge of the opening is 10' 6" or less. We use the door frame for a 36" x 36" door though ours has some curves.

The door frame is designed to work with a 3/4" thick wall/door only.
