And I do declare, it's a hungry device... 40 amps per hour. You need 2 batteries to run it all night, and then you need a way to recharge the batteries the next morning.

It's also very heavy, about twice the weight of a small window unit.

I didn't notice the price. But if you have to ask, you can't afford it, right?!!!

i didn't say it was practical, or cheap..it runs around 3500 clams, and yes, it sucks up the power, but, if you really want to be cool, there ya go.

I have been talking to A/C people a while about this. I have not gotten anyone to take a bit on building a mockup to see if it works. I'll pass this info along this winter and see if I can get someone down in this area to work on the project.
