If you're using a PC, with Windows, you can use the feature "Paint". I just download a picture to the desktop (drag and drop after going to DCIM on your phone - where the photos are-), then right click on the photo. That gives you a drop-down list of options. Choose "open with", which gives you more choices, choose "Paint". Once open there, it'll show your photo, let yo resize it, turn it, crop it, label it, plus a lot more. I find it easy to use. You can experiment, and save the experiment by a new name or photo type, and leave your original untouched. After getting familiar with the Paint options and abilities, you can create your own diagrams or draw over or change photos to the way you want. I use it for most of my photos and drawings, having used it for years. Try it.
