Actually it only took a few evenings. It always surprises me how small a portion of the project time is spent with the hood down. And how much time the brackets eat up, compared to the "major stuff." I've priced wire feeders, but I guess I avoid getting one, mainly because of the times I've reworked joints behind guys who used the things like caulk guns. This year's toy budget is about shot anyway.
