I just started reading through the 390 page instruction manual. Seems very detailed and looks to be easy to follow so far.

Here it is, all 8 boxes. The three on the bottom came by truck and the five on the top came ups. I believe a couple of the ups boxes represent the ventilation kit.

Pretty easy math. There is 2380 sitting on the floor. 700 for trailer. Finishing costs and basic electric another 400 or so and then what ever I outfit it with. I plan to keep it simple.
