Looking for a specific Door hinge

I've been trying to find a door hinge with a right angle leaf for the wall and flat leaf for the door. I think this might be referred to as a single crank hinge. This would allow me to surface mount the door instead of framing it flush like a standard door (easier to get creative with the doors shape)

If its for a cabinet door they are avaliable at any decent hardware....even bunnings
