It would seem the real reason the trailer makers use White is because they buy large quantities of it at a time to save money ( The RV industry’s PRIMARY goal is PROFIT, and lots of it ) Imagine a company having to stock a lot of colors ... not very efficient , and pricy . Having worked in the automotive industry , we found a light sky or baby Blue color was the most durable color over time , only increased the heat absorption factor a little bit , didn’t show dirt as much , and heated just enough in the sun to dry out excess humidity on the vehicle body ...
