Interesting idea, but anytime I see a motorized slide out anything on a camper/rv/trailer all I think of is "Well, there is something else to break and leak". Yes, my galley slides out the back of ours, but it is manual and the seal panel is also manually installed after extension.

Sounded like I 12 volt electric/hydro pump for the slide. That would eat a battery charge pretty fast.

A lot of the campgrounds we stay at would probably be too narrow to open this all the way. One of our favorites is just wide enough for our 6' wide trailer with the 7' side awning up.
