Happy New Year Brian and Sandi. I hope 2017 treats you both well, along with anyone else reading this. :)

Here’s hoping that we may get to go camping with you at some stage, ;) unfortunatly we will be parked at opposite corners of the lake. :( You in the north east Pacific and us in the south west. In the meantime you keep warm :snowstorm: and we will try to keep cool :fan:

Hi Frank
So good to hear from you here on the Forum again.
Yes, our camping seasons differ :NC
I will be in the shop getting back to my Kermit build as it is -19 degrees here this morning.
Not so nice for camping  and the deer are out in the yard eating my trees because the ground hs been covered with snow for some time now.
Anyways......Happy New Year to you! :wine: :wine:

Good morning Brian,
holy c@#p -19°!!! We thought it was bad enough when we had -3° while we were camped in Taupo a few months ago.
I have just finished beakfast, back to work today. Its 18°c here at present with lots of cloud and wind, forcast for today is for 23°c, but once this cloud moves off I can see it going quite a bit more than that. We have been high 20s lately.
Looking forward to more reports on Kermit.

Brian:
We have about the same temps here. In Boise, where it usually just rains in the winter, we have had the 6th greatest snowfall since 1880. Normally none, presently 14" on the front yard, 36" at the driveway where I shovel. We have no snowplows and snowblowers are rare. Tonight they expect 5" more. May have to move to Canada to get warm! See you at Shasta!

have made it into the New Year here 'so far' - no snow here, just cold - 21 low last nite , high to day of 29 Camano Island, Washington). The one nice thing about NOT working any longer - no need to be out in the cold along with not having to drive among the 'have to workers' Do NOT miss any of it!!! My 'so far' happens this next week having to go in for surgery on the 11th with over a month or two of re-coup  :NC

Hi Loren, Claudia, & Ted
Yes, it warmed up to -10 C today so I plowed more snow with Dixie.
Will be -19 again tonight (same as last night) and for the next few days.
My computer crashed just before the holidays (my office computer that runs out there in the dust everyday since 2003, so I am not complaining.
But, now there is the mammoth task of taking everything off of my back up device and converting it from my Windows XP operated computer to my new Mac.
And learn how Mac's work?????
Hope to be back in the loop soon.
CycleKart shop is just about finished (moved my Speedster down from Barn #2 today)...........hope to learn how to post pictures her from my Mac.
And Yes, Shasta is not that far off.
Ted, You have to heal up, I have to finish Kermit, and by the sounds of it Loren has to shovel his way out of Idaho. ;)
