Why not just use the 3/4" plywood, Mike. It seems you went over board a little. :lol:

Wow Slow, 2x12s and 2inch walls, WOW. I guess you don't even want to know how my 6 foot "Stacker" has an inch and 3/8th hollow core door for a floor, 1/8th inch walls and roof. No 2 ton truck required to pull it, since it weighs in at just 245 pounds. The 36 mile per gallon with my Chevy Cruse, is a plus, and costs very little to take her for a long trip. However it's not bear proof, and won't withstand a direct shot from a 30 30 rifle. Good luck on your efforts. Remember, take pics and show us how the monster is taking shape. We are all interested.
