Sink faucet idea

General Discussion about almost anything Teardrop or camping related

Thanks for showing off that sink.

:x

Man, that's the size I want--nice and DEEP. Exactly how deep is it? Like 10"

I learned yesterday that's there's a Restaurant WAREHOUSE near my office, and I'm headed there today. (No membership requited.)
Here we go again!

Ira the sinks inside measurements are 12"Lx6"Wx6"deep...I believe they may have had deeper ones at the restaurant supply place I got it from...they had a lotta different sizes and shapes but that one looked sufficient to was a dish or your hands in...

Here are my two cents worth about the JC Whitney faucet and pump. I bought this setup with the pump. I couldn't get the pump to work in my jerry-can, so I ditched it and bought a different pump setup. The faucet part worked great until the switch corroded out (about 1 week of camping) from getting wet - go figure?. After that, it wouldn't turn on/off as desired. Thank God there's a Radio Shack in everytown, USA. I still use the spout, but have removed the crummy toggle and now use the push button shown earlier. As a precautionary measure, you guys might want to think of an alternative, more heavy-duty switch ahead of time. $.02

we had taken the switch situation into consideration and will be replacing it witha spring loaded push button, sooner or later...probably sooner from what you are saying...thanks for the heads up about it and the pump...from the looks of the pump, I wouldn't expect it to hold up long...JCWhitney and all ya know ;)

Hey Madjack,

Nice clean setup. I like the blue counter top. What's the big silver thingy behind the sink?

Cute? It looks way high tech, like it will take a beer out and hand it to you while it figures your taxes. I'm drinking at your place in April. :applause:
