...been using a good exterior Latex Exterior house paint...

I'm wondering if his plywood has checked under the paint. I get latex paint. I had a house that was sheathed with T-111 with latex on it. It checked. It's why I advocate fiberglass/epoxy.

The problem with T-111. Is it has to dry completely before painting ... On a recent build at my house , my esteemed helper told me we'd have to wait a couple months for the T-111 to "dry out" before we painted it ... So I waited , and it came out Good ...

We get 11" of moisture annually. Most of that is snow. Summer humidity is commonly below 10%. Drying out isn't a problem here.

Tony , we get ~62" here annually in NOLA ... just not all at once , thank goodness...
