Teardrop plans

Postby SATXcmpr » Mon Aug 21, 2017 11:12 am

Well since it seems I got taken on a set of plans from a certain website does anyone have any info from a trusted source for a set of plans for a teardrop trailer. Thanks in advance

I bought plans from Kuffel Creek. I read them and borrowed some ideas but made my own design. I thought the plans I got were pretty well thought out.

Is SATX an indication you're in San Antonio? I'm in Austin.

I also used the Kuffel Creek plans. I found them before I discovered this wealth of knowledge. I built the comet; only I made it 5 X 10 instead of 4 X10. I did not do the cabinets as my skills were not up to that challenge. I have pulled it over 35000 miles since completion in May of 07.

I used the free plans from the top of this page. Worked out great and if I needed help it was found here. Very :) happy with finished product.

The wife and I lived in SA in the early 70's. Loved SA's three seasons.

I followed the Wyoming Woody plans. Very happy with the whole process and results.
