I gotta go Camping!

Postby robfisher » Wed Jan 10, 2018 12:45 pm

I'm putting this in General to stimulate outside of the box thinking. Gatherings are hard to come by this time of the year. Especially in colder climates. But sometimes you just need to get outside the box. Come camp with us in Southern Idaho. Winter camping is great. When it's cold the campfire has much more to offer. When the crowds are small conversations are so much more intimate and great friendships are formed. If you have some time available why not come to Idaho and meet us? Hagerman Valley is an amazing place, even in winter, maybe especially in winter. 1000 Springs Resort has everything to make winter camping a joy. An Indoor hot springs pool, heated restrooms, great riverfront sites with electric hookups and the ever important fire rings.

We'll be there January 25-28, 2018 All are welcome and encouraged to come.

A bit to far north for us but we are making it to lower Utah first of March. I'm not good with large crowds at the National parks so we prefer winter camping - when time allows. Now when retirement rolls around - that'll be our area!

A couple of days late Randy and I enjoyed 57 degree sunshine and no wind.

Seeing if anyone will come out either next weekend or the one after that. See Northwest.
