Maybe look into some of the off-griders on YT and how they collect rain water to store.
Any way to fill your well manually ?
Could go load up some snow and start filling the well.

The last few years when we get snow, I snow blow it onto my grass just so it gets as much water as possible.
Most blow it into the street. What a waste.

Want Snow? Pacific Northwest!! Mt' Baker - Mt. Rainer -Washington - two places with the "most" snow fall per year than almost anywhere in the world !! - Baker, today has over 140 inches so far and Rainer is not far behind with well over 100 inch base - that's what "them thar mountains are 'only' good for! - "snow" and lots of it!! the type of snow we can use later on, after it starts warming up again....." Slow - you need to find one of them old 'surplus' military water buffalo trailers to buy - say the 500 gallon size so as to have water on hand when needed. Just a thought..............................Take care
