One shot at a radius for square profile. Using with Trailtop Fiberglass component trailer kit
As this is the best place to receive information on the web. Where I receive my Trailtop components has proposed they manufacture tooling for one round radius for me.
What would be best radius? I was thinking 30 radius’’ Would be the most universal radius. Any input would appreciated. picture of square profile 2x1.2 by 2''

30" radius seems pretty huge to me. Where would this be? Top edge all around or just front edge? I have 11.5" radius on top edges and verticle front corners and an 18" radius on front top.

Thinking can cut up radius for round front. Are the Serro Scotty Sportsman ,THE SIMPLE http://tnttt.com/Design_Library/The%20Simple.htm#rimple. Even better the KAMPMASTER TRAILER / Wild Goose design. There no way of messing up a glue and go trailer . If you ever played with Lego Be even easy to preform Ellipses not what it looks like I have when I dance :? http://tnttt.com/Design_Library/New%20KampMaster.htm

I decided to go with the 30'' radius With an round insert as free one and buy a 18'' tooling With round insert . That way can have 45% and 3'' radius corners. If you have better thought .Please let me know by Friday. The picture is of a 45% the insert will just round the corners off .
