Trying other video editors. 1.) FilmFourth crashed uploading a pic. 2.) Movie maker pro ; purchase keeps failing. 3.) Power Director ; not compatible with pc.
It had to come at some point, but this was just too soon! We will return to Baja.
The winds are what crushed us the most. I had no idea they were that strong and relentless. I need to redesign my lift for hard sides and work in a sturdy wind tent!
My thoughts on the run are: 1 Such a unique place! I say that a bit, but Baja will be the place others get compared to! 2 The roads are narrow in most parts. Full sized rigs can be nerve racking at times! 3 There is barely cell service and many miles between towns.. Go prepared! 4 As of now, there's still many places not opened up. This includes gas stations! Our issue was Campo's & B&B's closed. No service to call ahead in most areas... 5 If you don't have a good handle on Spanish, get a translator that doesn't require internet to work. Ours was useless most of the time.
I loved it down there! I will go back better prepared!

Years ago I got Vegas pro but that went bust shortly and actually went back to windows movie maker cause it worked, had all the options. The new version is terrible, asked to buy options and terrible playback.
I'm still using Vegas (Studio, not Pro). They were purchased by a German outfit (Magix) and are still supporting both products along with some sound editor/creator software. They're still supporting it (and bugging me to upgrade constantly) and releasing upgrades.
Well I tried Video Pad. My short test went well so I started editing a video. Everything was going good until I saved it to the computer. Now it's missing all the pictures and blank spots where those were. Aggrivating.
Not back in the teardrop at this point but we were making our way to Texas for work then to switch trailers.... Tates Hell Florida is a worthy stop for a visit camping.

“When You're Alone” When you're in the kitchen, you've got to behave You don't put metal in the microwave The knobs on the stove are “hands off” no doubt And when you make toast, don't use a knife to fish it out! When you're alone, when you're alone You got to stay safe when you're home all alone. When you're alone, when you're home all alone You got to make sure not to die, or choke or burn the house down.
Finally was able to get a video uploaded with no problems, even my Drone footage turned out great. Just had to change a few settings to get it to work. Im so excited. I have it to release Thursday at noon.
Here is our latest video. We finished work kamping so we put our EPro in storage and picked up the CrowsWing Teardrop. Then we spent a week hiking Picture Canyon of the Comanche National Grasslands in Colorado.

Sample of what options people are ordering in their commercial trailers. + The reality of running a teardrop trailer company in the times of pandemic and global material shortages. It takes more than a screwdriver and saw as this group knows better than anyone.
We left our daughter's place in Sandy Creek and headed north for a slow drive homeward. Long Point State Park o Lake Ontario was our first stop. Thank you to David for suggesting this place as it is quite nice and reasonably priced. Hot showers folks!
The Canadian geese population there has convinced me a traveler rake is in my future, but I was able to borrow one from the park and cleaned up our site. Awesome sites around the edges (no power/water at site).
Nice drive up through small community towns and several farms! Want some fresh veggies? All along the way folks have their surplus out front.
