Darche 180 Awning

Postby DWT77 » Sat Feb 15, 2020 6:35 pm

I'm thinking of getting a Darche 180 Awning. I have seen the 270's but my hatch opens so high that won't work.

It looks like an easy way to set up to get out of the elements.

Anyone one here use a 180 degree awning? Pros or Cons of the setup?

How far does it project out from the vehicle or trailer? I was looking at 23Zero’s Peregrine 180, then found it only projects about 4.5 feet. No thanks. Right now the ARB 2500x2500 canopy is the top of my wish list.
Holy cow, Rose is a teenager now! Done? Surely you jest. A teardrop is never "done".

Have 2 awnings on my squaredrop trailer, the right side I have the Rhino Rack 270 Batwing Compact Awning. Even though they are pricy IMO are worth the purchase.
Coverage is 270 degrees of shade covering 69 sq ft, the legs adjustable up to 7ft 5in high, fully deployed is 79" x 79" x 91"

That looks like a solid setup and easy to put up/tear down.

Well I just pulled the trigger on the ARB Awning and Deluxe room.

Was looking around online and found 4 Wheel parts is paying the taxes for online orders today and tomorrow I think.

So that saved me about $50 and I can get free in store pickup at the 4 Wheel parts right down the road from me.

That worked out kinda nicely.
